Who did wear it better?

I just got this photo that "new Duchess of Cambridge and Queen B" appeared in almost same dress but in different event. They both appeared in same collection of "Jenny Packham Dress". Queen B wore on Gossip Girl screen. However, I have same question with other "who wore it better".
