OMG! Madonna being sued over her owned brand, Material Girl.I

I have read news from Grazia UK and found that Queen of Dance like Madonna has being sued over her Material Girl!!! But why does this thing happen? Let's see here.

Madonna, Queen of pop, patron saint of reinvention, newly styled Baroness of direction, has been having a lovely week. She is in Venice, the sun is out, and the critics (some of them) have been going wild over her latest foray into cinema – W.E. Most importantly, of course, she has been wearing some ace clothes – like the L’Wren Scott Peter Pan collar dress and a vintage Vionnet number yesterday. Yes, Madonna was happy and as a result the world was in order. PHEW.

But what’s this plopping onto the doormat? A letter from a lawyer! Informing her that she is to be sued for using the name ‘Material Girl’ in her clothing line? Sacre bleu! How is this possible, she wondered, when she, like, totally invented the name Material Girl in the first place! But what’s this? A California-based company called ‘L.A. Triumph’ have been producing kidswear under the name since 1997? And someone going by the name of ‘Judge S. James Otero’ has rejected an argument from Madonna’s company, MG Icon, that she has senior use of the name? UGH. WHAT A DRAG.

And at that exact moment, a tiny earthquake occurred off the coast of Venice.
