Customize Your Own Dries van Noten
In honor of Berlin boutique Andreas Murkudis' latest location, prince of prints Dries van Noten is offering customers the opportunity to customize their very own Dries dress. The art-inspired store conceived by its namesake, Andreas Murkudis houses brands like Martin Margiela, Céline, and Yohji Yamamoto in its museum-like boutiques. Often pairing with design houses for capsule collections, the German tastemaker is now getting the Dries treatment. With an archive of nearly 30 fabrics to choose from, the Fall 2011 Daya dress (pictured left) can be personalized with up to 5 fabrics from the label's last 12 seasons. The custom collaborations will be available in October.
