What better way to bring today's Best Dressed round-up to a close than with a touch of royalty? Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie may well have endured criticism for those hats but, as they proved at Ascot, ugly sistersthey ain't. In fact, they positively shone at Elton John's White Tie and Tiara Ball held in London last night. While Eugenie returned to a similar scarlet style by Vivienne Westwood for the swanky occasion (check it out here), big sister Bea worked Oscar-esque elegance thanks to an Elie Saab Haute Couture dress covered in delicate embroidery and clinched with a high-waisted grosgrain belt. Princess worthy indeed.
