My English Flag Flat Shoes!!! Shall I match this way?

I have just got this English Flag flat shoes from Vintage store. I was thinking how to match shoes with other outfits. Then I came up to match this English Flag Flat Shoes probably with Citizen of Humanity Avedon Skinny Jeans and Commes Des Garcons Withe Tee. I think the look will be simple but fashionable enough. Or do you have another idea? Then let me know ;)
